Nightingales also witnessed a surge in short term nursing services in Chennai for services such as infusions, diabetic foot care, wound dressing, bedsore care, Ryle’s tube insertion, catheterization, tracheostomy care, colostomy care, PEG feeding (Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) among others. Additionally, there has been a consistent demand in Chennai for general physicians visit and trained attendants at home.

  • Speech & Language Therapy – Speech and language disabilities can occur at any age. For children, speech issues often include stuttering, speech delay or trouble with fluency. For adults, speech impairment can take place due to an illness or trauma like a post-stroke episode. For the elderly, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis are some of the conditions that require therapy.
