Customer Support e-Relationship Associate (Chat and Email)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Skills: Fluent written English is a must
- Experience: Freshers can apply. 1 to 2 years of experience in the BPO/E-commerce fields is a bonus but not mandatory
Job Description:
- Handling incoming chat and email customer support queries
- The process has 4 shifts on a 24/7 basis. Employees will be given fixed shifts.
- Night shift employees will receive an additional night shift bonus
