Customer Support e-Relationship Associate (Chat and Email)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Skills: Fluent written English is a must
• Experience: Freshers can apply. 1 to 2 years of experience in the BPO/E-commerce fields is a bonus but not mandatory

Job Description:

• Handling incoming chat and email customer support queries
• The process has 4 shifts on a 24/7 basis. Employees will be given fixed shifts.
• Night shift employees will receive an additional night shift bonus

• A leading American, Internet-based, e-commerce company
