Zelenskyy Calls for Global Unity Against Iranian and Russian ‘Terror’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Iran’s strikes on Israel and urged a unified global response to what he termed as “terror” attacks orchestrated by both Russia and Iran. He emphasized the need for a resolute and collective stance against the collaboration between the two regimes in spreading terror.

Zelenskyy drew parallels between Ukraine and Israel’s experiences, highlighting the shared challenges faced due to similar tactics employed by Russia and Iran. He called for tangible assistance, stressing the urgency of receiving blocked U.S. war aid to combat missiles and drones effectively. Additionally, Ukraine’s top commander warned of Russian forces’ intentions to capture the town of Chasiv Yar by May 9, setting the stage for a crucial battle amid escalating tensions in the region.
