YS Sharmila Invites Chandrababu Naidu for Son’s Wedding

In a surprising move, YS Sharmila, Congress leader and sister of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, visited the residence of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N. Chandrababu Naidu to invite him to her son’s wedding. Sharmila extended the invitation for her son YS Raja Reddy’s wedding scheduled on February 17.

The meeting was said to be cordial, with Naidu recalling his relationship with Sharmila’s late father, YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Sharmila emphasized the need to avoid political interpretations and highlighted her non-partisan gestures, such as sending sweets to political rivals on Christmas. This meeting comes after Sharmila’s recent entry into the Congress party, where she expressed her willingness to take up any responsibility offered by the party.
