Two Killed in Building Collapse in Uttar Pradesh’s Barabanki

A building collapse in Uttar Pradesh’s Barabanki early Monday morning has claimed the lives of two individuals, according to local police. The incident occurred around 3 a.m., and rescue operations are currently underway, with a team from the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) at the scene. Authorities fear that three to four people may still be trapped under the debris.

Dinesh Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police, Barabanki, reported that a total of 12 individuals have been rescued and hospitalized, but sadly, two of them have succumbed to their injuries. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has also joined the ongoing rescue efforts.
