Two Explosions in Soap Factory in Meerut, India, Claim Four Lives

Tragedy struck in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, as a soap factory experienced two successive explosions, leading to the deaths of four individuals and the injury of five others. The incident began with a massive explosion in the factory, causing debris to bury workers inside. As they were attempting to remove the debris, a second explosion occurred, injuring several people with brick fragments.

Authorities arrived at the scene, including the district magistrate and an NDRF team. Preliminary reports suggest the explosion may have been triggered by a boiler containing chemicals bursting.
