Tragic Drowning Incident Claims Four Lives in Alur, Karnataka

A fun outing turned into a tragic incident as four boys drowned in a tank at Muttige village in Alur taluk of Hassan district, Karnataka, on May 16. Jeevan, Vishwa, Pruthvi, and Sathvik, aged between 11 and 13, had gone to swim in the tank around 12.30 p.m.

Unfortunately, one of them faced difficulty in the water, prompting the others to attempt a rescue, resulting in all four drowning. Despite efforts by the police and Fire and Emergency Services, they could not be saved.
