In a tragic incident, a nine-year-old girl named Manya was found dead in the swimming pool of a Bengaluru apartment complex on December 28. The girl had left her flat to play and was discovered in the pool around 8 p.m. Although she was rushed to the hospital, she was declared dead.

The father alleges that she died due to electrocution after coming in contact with a live wire near the pool.
