Tragic Accident in Hitec City: Woman Dies After Falling from Flyover

In a tragic incident, a 22-year-old woman named Sweeti Pandey lost her life after falling from a flyover in Hitec City, Hyderabad. Sweeti, a Kolkata native, was riding pillion on a two-wheeler driven by her friend Ryan Luke. The accident occurred when they were heading towards IKEA from JNTU on Thursday evening. While on the Hitec City flyover, the bike lost control due to high speed, crashing into the flyover’s protection wall.

The impact was severe, causing Sweeti to fall off the flyover and sustain critical head injuries. Ryan also suffered injuries in the accident. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital, where Sweeti unfortunately succumbed to her injuries during treatment. The police registered a case of negligent and rash driving and are investigating the incident further.
