Tragedy in Besant Nagar: MP’s Daughter Involved in Fatal Accident

A tragic incident unfolded in Chennai’s Kalakshetra Colony as Beeda Madhuri, daughter of YSR Congress Rajya Sabha MP Beeda Masthan Rao, was involved in a fatal accident that claimed the life of a 22-year-old youth sleeping on the pavement. The victim, identified as Surya from Odaikuppam, Besant Nagar, was run over by Madhuri’s luxury car while asleep on Varadharaj Salai. Despite efforts to rush him to Government Royapettah Hospital, Surya succumbed to his injuries.

The incident escalated as the driver initially fled the scene, prompting outcry and accusations of police inaction from the victim’s relatives, who demanded swift justice.
