Traffic Woes Persist in Vijayawada Central Constituency

Despite repeated promises, the completion of crucial infrastructure projects to ease traffic congestion in Vijayawada Central constituency remains elusive. The long-delayed Gunadala flyover and the demand for a new flyover in Ajith Singh Nagar continue to be major concerns for residents. The Ajith Singh Nagar flyover, constructed in the 1990s, is inadequate for the current traffic volume, leading to daily congestion and delays.

Similarly, the incomplete Gunadala flyover has made commuting a nightmare for residents of Prakash Nagar and Lenin Nagar. Political factors and delayed fund allocation have contributed to the stagnation of these projects, leaving residents frustrated and hopeful for a resolution to their traffic woes.
