Telangana’s Bold Step Towards Global Competitiveness in Skill Development

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s initiative to upgrade 65 ITIs into Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs) marks a pivotal shift towards enhancing youth skills for global competitiveness. Partnering with Tata Technologies Limited, the state aims to invest ₹2,324.21 crore to equip these centres with cutting-edge technologies like robotics and electric vehicle manufacturing.

Emphasizing the need for updated skill sets over traditional trades, Reddy affirmed his commitment to monitor these ATCs closely, ensuring they provide world-class training facilities. This initiative underscores Telangana’s proactive approach in addressing unemployment and preparing youth for dynamic industry demands both domestically and internationally.
