Telangana to Utilize CSR Funds for Sub Registrar Office Buildings

Telangana’s Revenue Minister, Ponguleti Srinivas, announced the state’s plan to utilize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds for constructing new buildings for Sub Registrar Offices (SROs).

Highlighting the significance of these offices in revenue generation under the Registration and Stamps Act, Srinivas emphasized the proposal to upgrade existing rented premises to corporate-standard facilities. The initiative aims to improve infrastructure and maintenance standards by involving corporations in the upkeep of these critical administrative offices.
