Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy affirmed the state government’s commitment to expedite industrial development during a meeting with representatives from Foxconn, a major electronics manufacturer and supplier for Apple. The meeting, held at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat, included discussions on the friendly governance systems implemented to support industrial growth.
The Chief Minister assured the Foxconn delegation of the government’s dedication to providing assistance and cooperation to the industry through favorable policies. Foxconn has initiated construction on a production plant near Hyderabad, with plans to invest $500 million in its Hyderabad facility.
Reddy emphasized the government’s intention to streamline processes for obtaining industry-related permissions and ensure basic amenities, aiming to position Telangana as a leading state in industrial development within the country.
