Sharad Pawar Declines Invitation to Shri Ram Temple Ceremony in Ayodhya

Nationalist Congress Party President Sharad Pawar has announced that he will not attend the Shri Ram Temple ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony scheduled for January 22 in Ayodhya. In a letter to Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra General Secretary Champat Rai, Pawar, 83, expressed his gratitude for the invitation but cited scheduling constraints, promising to visit at a later date for a relaxed ‘darshan’ of Ram Lalla.

Pawar acknowledged the global reverence for Lord Ram and the immense enthusiasm among Ram Bhakts attending the ceremonies. He conveyed his best wishes for the grand ceremonies in Ayodhya and explained his plans to visit Ayodhya for specific engagements, ensuring sufficient time for a proper darshan of Shri Ram Lalla once the construction of the Ram Temple is completed.
