Scorching Heat Grips Telangana: Six Places Record Temperatures Above 46°C

Telangana witnessed high temperatures on Tuesday, with six locations recording maximum of 46°C and above. According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), Jaina (Jagtial) and Madugulapally (Nalgonda) recorded the highest maximum temperature at 46.2°C. Allipur (Jagtial) followed closely at 46.1°C, with Kolvai (Jagtial), Kothagattu (Karimnagar), and Veenavanka (Karimnagar) also recording temperatures of 46°C and above. In the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits, Kapra recorded the highest maximum temperature at 43.5°C, highlighting the severity of the heatwave.
