TDP leader and Salur MLA G. Sandhya Rani took charge as the Tribal Welfare and Women and Child Welfare Minister at the Secretariat on Monday.
She announced initiatives to ensure ambulance services reach remote tribal hamlets, including the introduction of two-wheeler ambulances. The government will construct facilitation centers for pregnant tribal women and ensure the provision of nutritious food for women, children, and tribal populations.
