Retired School Headmaster Surrenders in Sexual Harassment Case at Lulu Mall

A retired school headmaster, Ashwath Narayana, aged 60, has turned himself into the police in connection with a sexual harassment case at Lulu Mall in Bengaluru. An investigation revealed that the accused had a history of harassing young girls and women at various malls. CCTV footage from Lulu Mall documented instances of the accused behaving inappropriately with multiple females.

It was observed that he frequented the mall on weekends, taking advantage of the crowded environment to inappropriately touch women and young girls. The police suspect that he may have engaged in similar behavior at other malls as well. A video of the accused sexually harassing a young woman in the mall’s games zone went viral on social media, prompting a police investigation.

The video captured him deliberately touching the woman’s back in the crowded setting, and the victim did not initially protest. The whistleblower, who posted the video on Instagram, raised awareness about the incident and called for action against such individuals. The accused is currently under police interrogation.
