Rajasthan Government Takes Action Against Officer Linked to Murder Accused

The Rajasthan government has taken action against an RPS (Rajasthan Police Service) officer, Vipin Sharma, placing him under Awaiting Posting Orders (APO), allegedly due to his association with accused Monu Manesar. Monu Manesar is currently on the run in connection with the murders of Nasir and Junaid in Bharatpur. Vipin Sharma had recently been appointed as an additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).

While the official statement didn’t provide explicit reasons for the decision, it is widely speculated that a photograph of the officer with the murder accused could be behind the move. The photo in question is believed to have been taken before the killings of Junaid and Nasir.
