Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi Urge Voters in Chhattisgarh

Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra have called on the people of Chhattisgarh to vote for their party, emphasizing that it has fulfilled the promises it made to the state’s residents. Rahul Gandhi highlighted the party’s commitments, including a farmer loan waiver, purchasing 20 quintals of paddy per acre, a yearly payment of Rs 10,000 to landless individuals, Rs 3,200 minimum support price for paddy, a Rs 4,000 bonus for tendu patta farmers, 200 units of free electricity, a Rs 500 subsidy on gas cylinders, and more.

Priyanka Gandhi emphasized the trust the people of Chhattisgarh have placed in Congress’s guarantees and the state’s development model, referring to Congress as a “Bharose ki sarkar.” Additionally, Priyanka Gandhi urged voters in Mizoram to support the Congress for peace, progress, and the preservation of culture and identity. Voting for the Mizoram Assembly and 20 Chhattisgarh seats began with tight security, while the remaining 70 Chhattisgarh seats will go to the polls on November 17, with counting on December 3.
