Political strategist Prashant Kishor has criticized Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for allegedly compromising Bihar’s pride by aligning closely with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at a public meeting in Bhagalpur, Kishor accused Kumar of putting his personal interests above the welfare of Bihar.
Kishor, who previously worked closely with Kumar, claimed that the Chief Minister’s actions, including touching Modi’s feet for political survival, reflected a stark departure from his earlier principles. He questioned Kumar’s leverage in the alliance with BJP, suggesting that despite wielding significant influence, Kumar has failed to secure substantial benefits for Bihar, focusing instead on prolonging his own political tenure.
