PM Modi Visits Guruvayur Temple and Attends Wedding in Kerala

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on a two-day visit to Kerala, visited the Sreekrishna Temple in Guruvayur on January 17. After offering prayers, he attended the wedding of BJP leader Suresh Gopi’s daughter Bhagya. The wedding ceremony took place at Sreekrishna College ground in Guruvayur. The Prime Minister spent around 30 minutes at the temple and approximately 20 minutes at the wedding, blessing the couple and handing over garlands.

Film actors Mammootty and Mohanlal, along with their families, also attended the event. This visit holds political significance, especially with speculation that Suresh Gopi might be the BJP candidate from Thrissur in the upcoming Lok Sabha election. This marks PM Modi’s second visit to Thrissur district in two weeks.
