PM Modi Marks Kargil Vijay Diwas with Strong Warning to Pakistan and Tribute to Soldiers

On the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued a stern warning to Pakistan, condemning its continued support for terrorism and proxy warfare against India. Addressing the nation, Modi emphasized that despite Pakistan’s repeated failures, it persists in its malicious endeavors. The Prime Minister pledged that India’s soldiers will decisively counter terrorism and uphold the nation’s security.

Speaking at the War Memorial in Drass, Modi praised the valor of the Indian Army during the 1999 Kargil conflict, highlighting the extreme conditions under which the forces secured victory.
