PM Modi Boosts Healthcare Infrastructure with AIIMS-Rewari Foundation Stone

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s laying of the foundation stone for AIIMS-Rewari marks a significant step towards bolstering healthcare infrastructure in Haryana and neighboring states. The establishment of AIIMS-Rewari under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) aims to bridge regional healthcare disparities and enhance medical education standards nationwide. The 750-bed hospital complex, along with its medical and nursing colleges, is poised to serve diverse medical needs and create employment opportunities for the youth.

Planned with a budget of ₹1,650 crore, the facility promises advanced patient care across multiple speciality departments, including cardiology, neurology, and oncology, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology. AIIMS-Rewari’s comprehensive amenities, including residential complexes and auditoriums, underscore its holistic approach to healthcare delivery and medical education.
