During a public meeting in Patancheru, PM Narendra Modi accused the Congress Party of treating Telangana as its new ATM following its ascent to power, alleging a clandestine agreement with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). Modi asserted that both parties collude to share ill-gotten gains, implicating Congress in the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme controversy.
He lambasted “family-based parties” for nepotism and corruption, contrasting their approach with his nationalist agenda. Modi urged support for BJP, warning against the purported threat of dynastic politics to democracy. He emphasized his commitment to the nation’s interests over family priorities, highlighting his administration’s transparency and welfare initiatives.
Further, he criticized the media’s alleged bias and touted his government’s achievements, including the abrogation of Article 370 and the construction of the Ram Temple.
