Pawan Kalyan Affirms Jana Sena Party’s Dual Ideology of Sanatana Dharma and Socialism
Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan, leader of the Jana Sena Party (JSP), asserted that the party is advancing with both Sanatana Dharma and socialism, drawing inspiration from revolutionary poet Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu. Addressing a public meeting in Kothagudem during the election campaign in Telangana, Kalyan emphasized that the ideologies can coexist side by side, citing humanism as his primary “ism.”
The JSP, in alliance with the BJP, is contesting eight seats in the upcoming Telangana elections, with the Khammam district being a stronghold influenced by Communist ideologies. Kalyan defended his alliance with the BJP, expressing support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s re-election and appreciating the BJP’s commitment to appointing someone from backward classes as the chief minister in Telangana.
He criticized the state’s perceived failure to fulfill the expectations set during the Telangana movement and pledged JSP’s support for combating corruption and advocating for equitable development across districts and villages.
