Palaniswami Slams Stalin’s “Pipe Dream” of Election Victory

AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami launched a scathing attack on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, accusing him of indulging in a “pipe dream” about winning the elections. Palaniswami asserted that the AIADMK alliance’s strength was not a determining factor, relying instead on the support of the people. He criticized the DMK government’s lack of action over the past three years, citing collapsed law and order and the proliferation of drugs.

Palaniswami defended the AIADMK’s governance, claiming it was a period of welfare schemes and people-centric policies, contrary to Stalin’s portrayal of it as a “dark rule.” Additionally, he accused the ruling DMK of political vendetta in keeping a significant institute closed for three years, urging voters to reject the DMK and its governance shortcomings at the ballot box.
