One died after a bike jumps off from the flyover in Hyderabad’s IT corridor

A tragic accident occurred in Hyderabad’s IT corridor on Sunday night, where a youth was killed and another injured when their motorcycle fell off the busy Bio-diversity flyover. The incident took place when the sports bike fell from Level 2 of the flyover to Level 1.

One of the youths died on the spot, identified as Madhu (21), a technician at Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS), Gachibowli. The other youth sustained critical injuries. Police suspect that the bike was being ridden at high speed and the rider might have been in an inebriated condition.

The bike hit the railings of a flyover, leading to its fall onto the second flyover below it. Raidurgam police have registered a case and are conducting further investigation.
