Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, is scheduled to visit Karnataka on Thursday to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for various infrastructure projects. Starting his day with a special flight from Delhi, Gadkari will arrive in Belagavi to participate in a public event at the District Stadium at noon.
He will then proceed to Shivamogga for another public program at 3:15 p.m. before concluding his day in Bengaluru. In a virtual ceremony, Gadkari will launch 15 projects in North Karnataka worth ₹6,975 crore and inaugurate roads and lay foundation stones for projects totaling ₹6,168.41 crore in Shivamogga. His visit underscores the government’s commitment to bolstering infrastructure development across the state.
