MGM Cancer Institute Launches Exclusive Breast Cancer Treatment Clinic, Clinic B

MGM Cancer Institute has introduced Clinic B, an exclusive facility dedicated to advanced and comprehensive breast cancer treatment. The clinic, inaugurated by film director Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, focuses on addressing various breast health issues, from cysts and benign lumps to tumors and reconstruction. Clinic B, an all-women unit, offers services such as breast health early detection, seamless diagnostic services, genetic counseling, breast conservation, oncoplastic breast surgery, mastectomy with reconstruction, axillary procedures, and risk-reducing surgery.

The initiative aims to provide support for patients with breast-related concerns and promote awareness of comprehensive breast cancer screening. M.A. Raja, Senior Consultant in Medical Oncology and Director of Oncology Services at MGM Cancer Institute, emphasized the clinic’s goal to ensure high-quality care, treatment, and early detection through regular screenings and consultations. As part of the inaugural package, Clinic B offers the ‘Friends for Ever-Mammogram Screening Programme’ with a free doctor consultation at ₹1999 for two, valid until February 29, 2024.
