A local court in Muzaffarnagar has ordered the police to register a case against Sudhir Kumar, a man who worked as a government employee for 31 years with fake documents. Kumar, who retired from the UP State Road Transport Corporation two years ago, had been employed as a driver with fake educational certificates.
The case was brought to light when a complaint was filed, alleging that Kumar’s date of birth on his educational certificates was altered to meet the age requirement for the job. As a result, he has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including cheating, forgery, and using forged documents. Investigations into the matter are ongoing, and no arrests have been made thus far.
