Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi Assumes Key Role as Vice Chief of Army Staff

With an esteemed career spanning nearly four decades, Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi steps into his new role as the Vice Chief of the Army Staff, succeeding Lieutenant General MV Suchindra Kumar.
