KTR Calls for Full Probe into Alleged Phone Tapping Since 2004

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working President K. T. Rama Rao has firmly denied any involvement in the alleged phone tapping case and has called for a comprehensive investigation into the matter dating back to 2004. Addressing the media in Hyderabad, KTR emphasized the need for transparency and accountability, urging the Telangana Government to order a probe into the serious allegations raised by Congress MPs against their own Chief Minister at the time, N. Kiran Kumar Reddy.

He pointed out that key officials from previous years, including former DGPs and senior officers, remained unchanged, questioning their accountability if the allegations of phone tapping are found to be true. KTR demanded clarity from the government regarding the individuals whose phones were tapped and who was responsible for the act, highlighting the importance of uncovering the truth behind the selective leakage of information.
