Krishna District Collector Takes Action to Address Drinking Water Shortage
Krishna District Collector P. Rajababu has taken proactive measures to tackle the issue of drinking water shortage in 27 villages across Pedana, Kruthivennu, and Bantumilli mandals. During a meeting with Rural Water Supply officials on March 18, Rajababu emphasized the importance of uninterrupted water supply, especially during the summer months.
To address the immediate needs of affected villages, he instructed officials to deploy water tankers to ensure every community receives adequate drinking water starting from March 20. This swift action demonstrates the administration’s commitment to safeguarding the welfare of residents and mitigating the impact of water scarcity in the region.
