KREDL Achieves ₹135 Crore Profit and Contributes to CM’s Relief Fund
Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL) reported a net profit of ₹135.12 crore for the financial year 2023-24, declaring a 30% dividend amounting to ₹40.53 crore. Energy Minister K.J. George presented the dividend cheque to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, emphasizing the company’s strong financial performance.
Additionally, KREDL contributed ₹5 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, a decision approved in the 105th board of directors meeting and ratified during the 28th general body meeting in December 2024. This financial contribution highlights KREDL’s commitment to both profitability and social responsibility.
