Kerala High Court Employee Kills Elder Brother Over Trivial Dispute
A tragic incident unfolded in Kerala as a Kerala High Court employee fatally shot his elder brother during a dispute over the parking of a two-wheeler. The argument escalated into a major fight, leading the accused to use an air gun to shoot his brother. The two resided with their elderly father. Earlier that day, the elder brother, Paulson (48), had damaged the younger brother Thomas’s two-wheeler following a dispute over the same issue.
Thomas, who works as a clerk at the Kerala High Court, filed a police complaint regarding the earlier incident. However, late at night, the two brothers engaged in another altercation, resulting in Paulson’s tragic death. Thomas, in a fit of rage, turned himself in at the police station after committing the crime. Locals noted that the two brothers exhibited peculiar behavior, with Paulson frequently talking to himself, while Thomas was introverted.
