Kenyan National Arrested for Smuggling Cocaine Worth ₹2 Crore

Customs officials at the airport seized 2.2 kg of high-quality cocaine hidden in the heels of shoes from a Kenyan national arriving from Nigeria via Doha.

Acting on a tip-off about drug smuggling from African countries, a special Customs team intensified passenger checks and discovered the contraband. The seized cocaine is valued at over ₹2 crore in the international market. The passenger was arrested, and an investigation into the drug’s source is ongoing.
