Chennai police apprehended four juveniles, aged 15 to 17, for stealing motorcycles across the city and its suburbs, recovering 11 stolen bikes. The investigation, initiated after a complaint from P. Subramani of Kolathur, revealed the youths targeted areas including Rajamangalam and Thirumangalam.
