In a strategic move, three Indian Navy ships have docked in the Philippines as part of the Eastern Fleet’s operational deployment to the South China Sea. With the arrival of INS Delhi, INS Shakti, and INS Kiltan in Manila, both nations aim to bolster their longstanding friendship and maritime cooperation.
Welcomed warmly by the Philippines Navy, the visit will involve a range of professional interactions, including expert exchanges, sports events, and cultural visits. Highlighting collaboration, the ships will engage in a Maritime Partnership Exercise (MPX) to further strengthen naval cooperation between India and the Philippines.
