India-U.S. Joint Exercise Tiger Triumph Begins
Tiger Triumph, the joint India-U.S. tri-Service Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise kicked off on the Eastern seaboard, aiming to enhance interoperability and coordination in conducting HADR operations. Scheduled from March 18 to 31, the exercise will include a Harbour Phase from March 18 to 25, involving training visits, expert exchanges, sports events, and social interactions between personnel from both navies.
Following the Harbour Phase, ships with embarked troops from the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Army will proceed to the Sea Phase to undertake maritime, amphibious, and HADR operations, fostering cooperation between the two nations’ forces.
