Hyderabad and Bengaluru to Be Connected by Vande Bharat Express Starting September 25
Hyderabad and Bengaluru will soon be linked by the Vande Bharat Express, which is scheduled to begin commercial operations on September 25. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to virtually flag off the Kacheguda-Yeswantpur Vande Bharat Express on September 24. The train will cover the 609-kilometer distance between the two tech hubs in eight hours and 30 minutes.
It will have stops at Mahabubnagar, Kurnool, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, and Hindupur. Another Vande Bharat train, the Vijayawada-Chennai Vande Bharat, will also commence operations on the same day. These new trains feature various enhancements for passenger comfort, and this development adds to the existing 25 pairs of Vande Bharat trains already operating across the Indian Railways network.
