Vinoth, known for his criminal history with a record of 14 offenses, recently made headlines for hurling two Molotov cocktails near the gates of the Raj Bhavan in Chennai on October 25, 2023.
This brazen act was not his first, as he had previously thrown a petrol bomb at the BJP headquarters in T. Nagar last year. The use of the Goondas Act signals a firm response from law enforcement, making it challenging for Vinoth to secure bail.
