Gold Seller Stabbed to Death in Delhi’s Karol Bagh, Two Suspects Identified

A tragic incident unfolded in Delhi’s Karol Bagh area, where a man who used to sell gold to jewellers was fatally stabbed to death, as reported by a police official on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Pratap Jadhav, hailing from Maharashtra’s Sangli district. The Karol Bagh police station received a PCR call about a stabbing incident inside a house in the Beadonpura area around 10.45 p.m. on Wednesday night.

Responding swiftly, a police team arrived at the scene to find Jadhav lying in a pool of blood with stab injuries. During their investigation, the police discovered a significant amount of cash, Rs 39.50 lakhs, in the room where the body was found. Reviewing the CCTV footage near the crime scene, the authorities identified four suspects, among whom two were employees of the deceased, identified as Ganesh and Sudeep.
