Four Hotel Staff Arrested for Assaulting Customers Over Food Complaint in Chennai

In Chennai’s Pulianthope, police arrested four hotel staff members—G. Bharath, A. Basha, M. Moideen, and Rafiullah Sherif—following an altercation with customers. The incident began when B. Premkumar and his friends complained about stale meat in their biryani, leading to a heated argument.

The staff assaulted the customers with a biryani ladle and helmet, resulting in Premkumar’s hospitalization. A case has been registered, and investigations are ongoing to apprehend additional suspects involved in the assault.
