City police arrested four suspects, including a 16-year-old, for robbing 56-year-old S. Suresh at a house in Vadapalani. The incident occurred after Madhavan, 21, invited Mr. Suresh to his home via a mobile app.
Once there, a gang of eight men threatened Mr. Suresh with a knife, stealing ₹27,000 through a digital wallet and his mobile phone. Following an investigation, police apprehended Madhavan and three accomplices, seizing a knife and two mobile phones.
