Delhi’s Air Quality Deteriorates, Enters ‘Very Poor’ Category Again
Delhi’s air quality deteriorated again as it entered the ‘very poor’ category, with the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) at 398, according to data from the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).
Stations like Anand Vihar, Bawana, DTU, Dwarka sector 8, IGI Airport T3, ITO, and Lodhi Road reported PM 2.5 and PM 10 concentrations in the ‘severe’ and ‘very poor’ categories. The city continues to grapple with poor air quality amid concerns over rising pollution levels.
