Deadly Fire Erupts in 15-Story Building in Dadar, Mumbai

A tragic fire broke out on the 13th floor of the Raintree Building in Dadar Hindu Colony, Mumbai, on Saturday morning, resulting in the death of a 60-year-old man, Sachin Patkar. The blaze, which began at around 8:35 am, prompted a rapid response from the Mumbai Fire Brigade as locals also rushed to aid residents amidst thick smoke.

Patkar, who suffered from breathing difficulties due to smoke inhalation, was taken to Sion Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival. As of now, the cause of the fire and additional casualties remain unknown, and firefighting efforts are ongoing.
