Chennai City Police arrested 30-year-old history-sheeter R. Manimaran, alias Appu, for cutting his birthday cake with a large knife, an act captured in a viral video.
Manimaran, with pending criminal cases, was celebrating in Vyasarpadi’s Kennedy Nagar when the incident occurred, leading to his arrest by Vyasarpadi Police.
