Controversy Surrounds Maharashtra Minister Abdul Sattar’s Birthday Bash

In the video, Sattar is heard instructing the police to “beat them like dogs, so much that their buttock-bones are broken.”

The incident drew condemnation from MVA allies Congress and Shiv Sena-UBT.
